Discarded Plastic,Back into Energy.

Our smokeless pyrolysis technology converts waste plastic back into recycled oil. CITY OIL AGENCY is building a circular future for the planet.

SCROLL

OUR MISSION

Urban Waste Plastic,
Back into Urban Energy.

Built around a ceramic pyrolysis reactor, the system integrates heating, cooling, and storage within a single container. Its chimney-free, low-emission design supports carbon neutrality and returns discarded resources to circulation.

BUSINESS

Expanding the Circular Economy on Two Fronts

Large-scale plants provide a stable foundation, while 1-ton mini pyrolysis units build a nationwide and global distribution network.

01 · PLANT

Plant Business

We directly construct and operate City Oil plants with processing capacities of 30 tons or more.

Jeongeup WAVE Plant — KRW 45 billion scale · 24 tons/day (operational)
Contract for Jecheon plant (240 tons/day)
Targeting 1,000 sites worldwide, including 11 universities in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

02 · MINI UNIT

Mini Pyrolysis Unit Business

We are building a distribution network with 1-ton smokeless pyrolysis units.

Supply of 1-ton smokeless pyrolysis units
Recruiting approximately 50 regional distributors nationwide
Expanding to as many as 3,000 dealers
